E-commerce Automation
E-commerce automation that takes manual work off your team
I turn repetitive tasks into working processes: data imports, reports, API integrations, price monitoring, alerts and flows between your store, marketplaces, wholesaler and internal systems.
Who it's for
- Online stores still doing a lot of work in Excel or by hand in admin panels
- Companies pulling from many data sources: wholesalers, marketplaces, Baselinker, CSV/XML files, APIs
- Teams that want to cut repetitive tasks and human error
- E-commerce owners and managers who need automatic reports and alerts
- Agencies and software houses needing a technical partner for e-commerce automation
Typical problems
- You download or rework supplier CSV/XML files every day
- Sales, margin or price reports are prepared by hand
- The same process is done by several people, with no single procedure
- Prices, stock levels and product data are scattered across systems
- You have no alert when data breaks or a margin drops below a threshold
- You want to use APIs or AI - not as an experiment, but as a working business process
What I implement
- Workflows in n8n or Make.com
- Custom Python scripts for data processing
- API and ERP integrations - e.g. Allegro, Baselinker, Subiekt, OpenAI/Claude, wholesalers and stores
- Automated reports sent by email or saved to a file / database
- Scheduled jobs on a VPS or hosting
- Monitoring of prices, margins, stock and data errors
- Simple panels or output files for the team to work from
Example scenarios
04Automated margin report
The system pulls purchase and sales prices, compares channels, flags products below the margin threshold and generates a decision list.
Supplier data import
A CSV/XML file is automatically cleaned, mapped and prepared for import into the store or Baselinker.
Allegro API
A script retrieves product information by EAN, saves the data to a file or database and cuts manual lookups.
Error alerts
The team gets an alert when an EAN is missing, a price is zero, a product loses its category or a margin falls below the minimum.
How we work together
- 01
Diagnosing the process and data sources
- 02
Choosing the simplest sensible solution
- 03
A prototype on real data
- 04
Testing and handling edge cases
- 05
Rolling out scheduled operation
- 06
Short documentation and room for further development
What you get
- A working workflow or script
- A description of the assumptions and a how-to guide
- Defined data sources and output files
- Guidance on what to automate next - and what's better left alone
Business outcomes
- Less repetitive manual work for your team
- Fewer errors in data and reports
- Processes that run on schedule, without you in the loop
Not included
- I don't automate a process nobody in the company understands yet
- I don't build a complex application when a simple output file or workflow is enough
- I don't replace a whole ERP/OMS, but I can help connect your existing tools
Describe a process you do manually today. I'll check whether it can be simplified or automated.
